Against Me! released their 2nd major label recording in June. While echoing the maturity of 2007′s New Wave (both produced by Butch Vig), White Crosses features a completely empty ballsack. The talk is talked but the walk isn’t walked. Sonically, it is as fun and listenable as anything they have ever recorded, though the lyrical content vs the presentation reminds me of Eddie Murphy imitating white folk. Safe… and sound.
